Born and Raised in Vero Beach, FL, O'Dare started The Shawn O'Dare Foundation to directly impact the lives of many children and families in the Indian River County area. The foundation aims to give every child an even playing field to accomplish all their academic and athletic goals.

O'Dare led Vero Beach High School to two straight district championships in 2007 & 2008 as their starting Quarterback. O'Dare then attended the University of Miami where he earned his Bachelor's in Sport Administration while playing Wide Receiver for the Miami Hurricanes.

After his playing career, O'Dare earned his Master's in Sport Administration at the University of Miami while working in the Miami Hurricanes Football Department in the same year.

He then earned his NFLPA Agent Certification in 2015, and has been representing numerous NFL Players and now collegiate NIL players throughout the country. O'Dare joined the industry to ensure athletes receive the best possible guidance an agent can provide to a player: helping each client and their families make smart business decisions and maximize their career opportunities. As a former football player himself, O'Dare is passionate about making sure clients have the best possible opportunity to achieve their dreams on and off the field.
